Board Game Animation

Have yet to see it, so I'll give you high on style. But what was past the door? And I wasn't clear if it was supposed to be humorous or not...try and make that line drawn and take a side. I figured yes at first, because of the casting call, but then the figures started to fight...and it wasn't funny...Add voices and better lighting, choose whether it's comedy or action, and try again.

I am not revealing what is past the door in this one. It's just a short. One thing leads to another. In the next one what is behind the dorr is revealed.

As for comedy, the actual movie isn't supposed to be funny, though there will be occasional comedy relief.

As for voices, that won't be happening as most things I hear with voice sound horrible and obvious just one person does all the voices.

I was having issues with the lighting though. :(

Long but why

Agree with below...transitions far too long. Art is wonderful but there was some trace bitmap going on...so that's not really that tough to do. But the layouts and use of white space was well done...it being what it is, I wish I could give it a higher score...but it pretty much was boring eye candy.

It's just the same as the animated series...no style change...so can't score you high on that one. Story was fairly weak as well, I was hoping that this would be a new villain...not someone who already has their origin spelled out. All around pretty well done however.

Good observation, and yes, it has many elements, theres a strong influence from Bruce Timmm and company, yet u must remember that it is the batman idea that defines the style. Batman TAS is Batman from comics, so in fact, this cartoon is based on the darkness and mystery of the batman, and not exactly from batman TAS.

Is not in the UK...so the police cars/uniforms should look diff...as well as the accents...That aside, the shots were lackluster and the animation average. Good idea though, it could be really cool had there been more shadows and better camera angles.

I know its not in the uk, It wasnt intentional for the poilce cars and uniforms to look like that, I wasnt even trying to make them look like uk uniforms. and the accent. well i cant help that, im from the uk so i dont do and american accent simple. thanks for the review

No problem with it being short...its just a quick pun. The pun though wasn't worth more than a crack of a smile and there wasn't any sound. You did your own animating though, so i'll give enough points to protect the entry.

I wasn't following who the characters were...and what happened to the guy in the chair...and if the red character was a woman or a man...lots of things confusing. And the transitions with the static got on my nerves. Good graphics though.

Well, it's not easy to follow, you should watch it at least twice to try to catch things you missed. I'll try to take it into consideration and make it easier to follow, or to at least publish something int he description that may help you follow it better. Thanks for the review and the tips.

Hey, finally something decent

First score above two today. You drew your own stuff and animated it...although it was pretty simple animation...but still, Kudos. Everything else was pretty limited, including the soundtrack....BUT good job on not making a sprite movie.

How can you limit a soundtrack in a one song movie? im sorry i just decided to find a good song that fit the story. Sprites are for dirty little kids who like sittin around with nothing better to do then play old school video games then decide to make a flash vid out of it.
